Unexpected Southern Charm Awaits

My stay was filled with delightful moments. The staff were incredibly accommodating, with Dawn at the front desk turning a basic check-in into a warm welcome. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and having various pillow options truly enhanced my comfort! A special shout-out to Tracy in the kitchen for her dedication to keeping everything stocked.

However, my experience was slightly marred as the workout room had some issues. The tv reception was poor, preventing a workout from being fully enjoyed. It was frustrating, but manageable.

Staying here felt like home! The room was clean and spacious, which made it easy for my family, including my two teens, to spread out. We loved the in-room kitchen for quick meals and the location provided easy access to casinos and shopping.

My kids wished there was a bigger pool area.

Great stay with minor quirks

Checked in early, which was a bonus! The first room had a broken shade, but they quickly switched me to a comfy second room. Breakfast had good options, nice for a quick bite. Wish there were more coffee refills though. Overall, the staff were friendly and made the experience solid.

The workout room had poor TV reception, and the queen room was clean.

The Standard King Room was pretty spacious and easy to sleep in. I liked the various types of pillows—soft, hard, and firm, which was a nice touch. The sheets felt fresh, and having a fan in the bathroom was helpful. Just a heads up, the breakfast was decent, but there wasn’t much staff around. Overall, the room met my needs well enough.

Upon arrival, the exterior lights were off, creating an awkward, nearly 'closed' appearance, which isn't ideal for first impressions. Some cardio equipment in the workout room had issues, notably the bike seat that wouldn’t adjust, limiting accessibility for some users. The highway's proximity creates audible road noise, which might bother light sleepers.
